Simple installation Process

Prepare Surface
Ensure bearing is free from debris. Apply thin film of corrosion-inhibiting oil on bearing surface and shaft.

Install Shield
Fit shield to bearing using zip and velcro strap to secure in place. Trim ends to suit installation requirements.

Seal Edges
Mix sealant (pour catalyst into resin, stir for 60 seconds). Apply evenly to zipper and edges, including around velcro.

Cure & Operate
Allow at least 1 hour for sealant to cure before operation.
