Site Survey
A site survey is an onsite review conducted by qualified technicians to identify where Enviropeel can deliver meaningful protection and operational value. The collected and verified data, when combined with actual maintenance costs, provides a detailed cost / benefit analysis
Deliverables include:
- Asset survey (in-scope) items – with condition status
- Proposed maintenance regime with positive impacts justified
- Detailed RoI (return on investment), subject to sharing of current maintenance costs
- Proposed deployment plan – with full costs and benefits
Proof-of-Concept (PoC)
To verify the benefit of Enviropeel (levels and duration of protection) a sample of assets in production (or equivalent “test environment”) can be coated and reviewed after an agreed period. This is especially valuable if the situation is new to Enviropeel, with no existing case study.
Details, especially verification methods, are agreed with the client at the start of the structured project.
Estimation Support / Costing Model
Clients often ask – how much Enviropeel will be needed and how long will it take to apply?
We have a structured model for estimating and planning. Key information, that clients can supply, allow us to provide a reliable and useful guide. After an informed dialogue we can outline:
- Material volume required
- Number of E-170 melt batches
- Application time per asset
- Proposed deployment schedule
- Productivity estimates for field teams
Application Delivery / Training
Enviropeel E-170 must be applied by trained technicians. As well as our own Technical Services Team, we have a global network of certified partners. Some of our clients, following structured training, can apply Enviropeel themselves.
Training includes detailed guidelines for all assets relevant to the specific customer / industry targeted. All successful trainees receive a certificate and on-going support.
